Take the capsule 60 to 90 minutes before sexual activity. Take capsule on an empty stomach (2 to 3 hours after a meal). Digestion of food slows absorption. Drink at least 12-24 oz. of water within the first 30 minutes of taking the capsule. Take your time. Foreplay increases blood flow, prepares your body for intimacy, and relaxes you. Do not take more than one capsule within 60 hours. For best results, take 60 minutes apart from taking other supplements or medications.

There's a big difference between this one and the one ...
There's a big difference between this one and the one that I buy at the store. I feel dizzy and feel a lot of pressure in my eyes i felt really warm and woke up with a boner and it wouldn't go down i had to take care of business then it went down. This is stronger than what i get from the store because any little thing will get me hard.

So the product does work, but you will get a major headache after use. I took this on Thursday and it is now saturday and I'm still getting headaches off and on.

Proceed with CAUTION!
Definitely gets u rock hard but all the time. Wicked headache and lower back pain that won’t go away with pain meds. Who wants to get it on with back pain and a migraine?
