Q: How much does each bag weight?

They are light, I don't know the exact weight. They don't keep your things dry. I was dumped in a kayak and everything inside was wet.

Q: What is diameter of each bag? I neet to fit them in a hatch with a 9" diameter

Q: how do you seal the bags, so they are water tight on top?

I seal them and rolled them up, they are not water proof. There is not a tight seal on the bags, they are more water repellent. I use them to protect my food and battery charger in case of rain.

Q: What are the dimensions of the different sizes?

Honestly, don't even bother with these. They are NOT waterproof at all. I'm glad I tested them before using them.
