Fifty dollars for a mixing bowl sounds ridiculous and who ever heard of an18.5 liter mixing bowl (yes it's gigantic) but as it turns out that this was just what I needed and it's worth every penny. Love it!

Stable base & holds a lot
Purchased for an indoor dog water bowl for my big dogs. Seems to be working fine. Base is flat and stable. I like the lip on the edge, it makes it easier to carry and set on the floor without it slipping through my fingers. Although somewhat lightweight, it does the job.

I ordered a 3 quart sized mixing bowl. I received a 2.5 quart sized mixing bowl. That said, it ended up being perfect for my needs.
