Zero sugar helps with recovery
You put the work in going to the gym and this does seem to help you recover and perform better. I love that this has no sugar and the taste isn’t artificial. It does contain caffeine but does not make you feel jittery like a pre workout. The container is nicely sized so I feel that it’s a good value.

Very small container, half full.. high price
VERY SMALL container for such a price and ONLY HALF is full!! It will serve 9-10 servings ( the most) for me , and I’m talking about regular volume of drink..will not spend money on this anymore.. will but from store. TASTE IS GOOD though! So it will be a three stars.
