No increase in physical performance at all
First time trying, been using for a almost 2 weeks no difference in energy or workout pumps,feel no increase blood flow to muscle tissue , worst effect is its causing me to retain more fluid between muscle and skin something I do not want is bloating,this product will be a no resale for me

I does not give you "the" pump as claimed. Good product, but needs to be combined with other substances in order to fulfill the promise.
