I purchased the Black coat and I have to say looking at other reviews people seem fairly happy with the khaki Coat and it looks like it may be a decent material, however the black coat certainly is not a very nice material. it is an uglier almost raincoat like material on the outside that's somewhat shiny and not at all soft. Compare my image to the one used to advertise. It is a fairly comfy coat however on the inside. mine was also a bit snug around the shoulders and loose everywhere else but I could have tolerated it if the coat looked nice, but it really doesn't. It honestly deserves 2 or maybe 3 stars but i cant stand the misleading pictures for this. Pretty upsetting.

FOr the price you won't find a better deal. Also if you need a bigger size they seem to have it. If you love the classic look of a traditional "Bogey" style trench coat this one is it. I purchased the black version. Couple of things to know. It does have a flannel lining, unlike most trench coats it does not zip out, it is permanent. I can't imagine why but there are no belt loops!!! You will lose the belt, do as I am doing and bring it to your tailor and have them sew two loops on the coat. In the pictures the rear view clearly shows two "D" rings on the black version, this is not the case with the coat I received. It does have epaulets and sleeve belts (which do have loops) it comes with a waits belt ( no loops) but I find the belt too short for the size coat I purchased, I suspect they provide the same belt for all sizes. So I will ask my tailor to create a new, longer belt as well. I think this will be a great coat for those chilly fall, early winter mornings and evenings. If you want that tradidtion trench coat look this is it.

This is an excellent coat for the cost. High quality material and genuine pattern on the inside to reveal authenticity. The epaulets are perfectly sized for my ranks and sashes, their is no belt loops however this is fine as the belt can keep itself suspended when fit. The pockets can be difficult to enter with the belt on, but there is an accessible pocket on the left side of the coat behind the left breast. The coat is spacious and can conceal wallets and phones without problem. The wrist belts are fantastic and clip easily. There are no neck tightening features, and though this can handle rain, it will normally drip down the neck, add buttons to close coat completely. Flaps can remain mostly suspended by themselves so it can semi-work during rain without buttons. Collar can stand up on its own if popped. Pockets may feel weak but are high quality like the rest of the coat. No bottom buttons for closing leg flaps, but does look better without. Authentic and real trench coat, but needs a little bit more.

I had a light overcoat for many years, and it was time to get a replacement.This coat is both good looking and reasonably priced.It is a little tight in through the shoulders and chest. I recommend you go a size or two above what the sizing chart would recommend.That said, the coat is very nice for the price, and I give a good recommendation.

i read a review that indicated there were no belt loops - not true on this one. I bought a bit larger than needed to accommodate a sweater underneath in colder weather - it hangs well and looks good either with or without extra underneath bulk. I'm very happy with this coat. I "scotch-guarded" it for extra rain protection - color did not bleed and i look forward to great protection throughout fall, winter and spring!Not just a good deal for the money, but a great value!
