Yep, it works.
I've been buying this for a few months now, and creative in general has always been one of those supplements that have a really noticeable effect. My work capacity sky rockets, and I even if I hit failure on a previous set I'm ready to go just as hard within 2-3 minutes (as opposed to normally being absolutely wrecked). This supplement is one of my favorites, no bloating, no loading, no messing with stupid powder scoops. Most importantly though, I went from being stuck at a 225x3 deadlift to repping 275x12 and set a new 1RM of 365 in what seemed like no time at all. Why 4 stars and not 5? It's on the pricier side, but it works and I keep buying it anyway

As a 62 year old female, it feels great to leave the gym with energy to spare. I believe this product has given me a boost of energy.

Getting fit at 52!
Received my order about two and half weeks ago. I haven't worked out hard / regularly in @ 20 years and at "52" years old, CCM has helped my recovery time and I am starting to look "very" fit! My strength is increasing by the week ... yes I get a little sore, but all in all I feel great after a post workout stretch due to the reduced recovery time that I've experienced.Lastly, the customer service provided by the folks at "Naturo Sciences" is well beyond expectation. And, unlike other reviews that I have read aboutother products, I am not giving this product a "five star" rating based on some sort of discount for my review; my comments and results are actual / factual.

I love these! I definitely feel more energy and strength. I am a 5'4" 125 lb woman and started taking 2 pills 30 minutes before my workouts for a few weeks and now take 3 before my workouts. They do make me very thirsty so have plenty of water. They don't keep me up like other pre-workouts. I no longer take any other pre-workout but these. Pillls make it easy - no mixing.

Pumped up.
Arrived the next day. Right away i put it to the test. Took only pills and hit the gym. Right away i felt the difference. Lots of energy and added power to my lift. Day 2 cardio went a lot smoother. I was feeling great with added energy. No hang ups or crashing afterwards. They tend to help me sweat more which is good. So Drink a lot of water to keep goin. I recommend this product.

4 stars for recovery but....
Well I'm giving this review 4 stars because I feel I'm not taking these supplements in the correct manner with my work out. I feel the recovery process immediately after I finish working out and I give a 2 day rest period so I can fully rebuild but I don't seem to get a bigger stature like I hoped for. Anyone else taking this feel the same? Is there something I'm not doing right? The supplements are amazing don't get me wrong, I think I'm just using them incorrectly and I would like someone with better results to tell how to use them more efficiently.

Great buy
It arrived earlier than the estimated date. I have been taking for around two weeks now and have noticed a new definition to my muscles. I was using creatine monohydrate which helped my strength and helped me gain wieght. This product seems to go straight to your muscles and not just fill you with water wieght. Great product I plan to order again!

These were pretty decent. The price was really good but I didn't get that much of a energy boost. The thermogenic I was taking seemed to work better. But that's just me. I did get results with these in terms of building muscle. I was able to push myself longer thenergyo that's a plus. I was just expecting a huge burst of energy. Over all this is a VERY good product and very worth it.
