My Husband gets a lot of kidney stones, or he used to until he started taking the tart cherry and limiting his intake of cane sugar.I also use tart cherry and had been using another brand of to help with the acid in my urine. I was amazed at how it brought my acid levels from acidic to alkaline testing with those PH test strips that you either spit or pee on. I pretty much stay in the range of 7.5 when using tart cherry. If tart cherry can lower the uric acid, then I figure eventually it will lower the acid in my blood also. I know I am having a lot less joint pain, so I would say it is working well.Since it helped me, I figured it would help my Husband with his kidney stones. I told my him that he can't keep getting kidney stones and think he is healthy. I have seen him fall to the floor and roll around in pain .... all because of a little kidney stone. Those little buggers can cause a lot of pain for their size. The last time he had them he had to get them blasted and you can only get those blasted so many times. Even though he had them blasted, there was still a couple in there that the Dr was watching.So, He started taking the Tart Cherry that I had on hand, then when he ran out he ordered the Tart Cherry from Alema Kidney Health. He thinks this brand is working better than what I had been using because it has a lot more tart cherry in it than the other brand. That is actually why we picked this brand.The last time he was at the Dr, they told him the stones are getting smaller. My Husband ask him if it might be because of the tart cherry. Of course the Dr. said no. But we truly believe it is the tart cherry and his diet of limiting his sugars.Normally this time of year, my Hubs gets a kidney stone that starts moving around and causing him pain. So far so good!I am also taking this brand now and still testing in the alkaline range so these are working for both of us.

Product did what it was supposed to do, rid me of the pain from uric acid that causes gout. Actually, I am assuming this as I haven't had any pain since taking this product.

I have been using this product for 5 days and so far I am very happy with it. I purchased at the recommendation of a friend that has severe joint pain. Following the instructions, I take it 3 times a day. It is recommended to take with food however I have taken it on an empty stomach as well. I have a very sensitive stomach and these did not cause me any issues. They don't have an odor and they are easy to swallow. I am hoping that with continued use, these will help with my joint pain as it did for my friend.

With the busy schedule I keep, sleep has always been an issue for me. I barely get enough sleep each day (approximately 3-5 hours) and wanted to find a product that didn't have multiple (or any) side effects. I read the reviews on this product and was really excited to try it. I started taking 2 pills every other night to test it out and let me tell you! On the nights I took them, I was able to sleep all night (approximately 7-8 hours). I’ve alway had problems staying asleep and would often feel tired throughout the day. I absolutely LOVE this product!

I've been suffering from gout attacks a few times a year for the past seven or eight years and have tried to control it through diet and natural remedies with various products that are purported to aid joint health and reduce inflammation. I have tried cherry extract, celery seed extract and curcumin (turmeric) each for at least 8 months to give it some time to work. I tracked my diet and supplement usage over this time as well as gout flareups. The data showed no reduction in frequency of gout attacks, and I didn't notice any less pain.I have since been prescribed Allopurinol for treating the gout and that has been working well and pretty much eliminated flareups and returned flexibility to my big toes. I much prefer natural remedies IF THEY WORK. For me, they did not work. As a result, I give this product 1 star- it appears to be just a waste of money.

In the past I have suffered from minor gout attacks and I am a bit skeptical of taking allopurinol even with the smallest dosage. If you just read the side effects that should guide you to a better solution. This Tart Cherry has been a good alternative to the AMA sponsored pharmaceutical frankensteins. The gout is the only health issue I have and it is my belief that a good share of our health issues are caused by taking way too many prescriptions. I am 67 and am active and I realized that one of the overriding issues for me is sugar and for the past 10 or so years I have reduced the intake by more than half. So this product coupled with getting rid of the fluoride products and reducing the sugar have pretty much taken all of the arthritic problems out of my body. I urge everyone to not just look at this product, but also look at your own personal health and don't leave all your decisions up to the medical professionals. I am not advocating taking away the surgeries that are needed, but please realize that at one time these same professionals advocated bleeding the patient.

Got this to help my pops with his gout pain and flare up. Needed a way to subside the more serious symptoms associated. Can't always avoid eating meats so this will be key to his medicine cabinet.
