Replacement of a digital gague.
I like the 0-60 dial easy to read when adding air to vehicle tires. I had a digital gague on my tire inflator and I got tired of dead batteries. I also wanted an accurate readout, tested with a pencil tire gauge to see if both inflators read the same. I really like the 2 1/2" dial very easy to see with old guy eyes. I added a few wraps of teflon tape to the threads to ensure a good seal, no leaks and works perfectly.

Holding up well so far
Mounted outside on a water system, in a hot humid climate. So far they are holding up well after 10 months. Looking good.

Decent gauge that IS 1/4 npt
1st off let me say that the reviews that say it’s 3/8 thread are wrong. It’s 1/4 npt. They just don’t know that 1/4 npt LOOKS like 3/8 regular thread. They looked at the fitting that needed the gauge and said it looked like 1/4. In reality they were looking at 1/8 npt. Nobody sells a small gauge like this with 3/8 npt. I seen other reviews that say this gauge needs a replaceable plug. Mine came with a replaceable plug so maybe they fixed that. If your gauge is reading 3-5” when you take it out of the package, just take a small screwdriver and push the plug aside to let it breath and the gauge will settle on 0. It works good for now. Only time will tell if it lasts.
