Amazing filling porridge
This porridge is wonderful. Taste amazing and is extremely filling, even if I’ve eaten it at seven in the morning I really don’t want much else to eat if anything before 12.30. It has most certainly aided me with my ambition to lose weight. I sometimes add a few frozen blueberries in when cooking it, you just have to cook it a little longer. However a great way to get more antioxidants into your body.
