No issues, but I do prefer an analog machine like Ito for my acupuncture patients. The click-up can be too much for sensitive patients. A smooth analog dial is the way. For my own personal, family, and friends use it's superior because it has 4 modes.

This is an excellent device that can relieve all types of muscle pain. Years ago I bought a separate micro current device which broke. This has micro current as well as TENS and 2 other useful forms of electrotherapy. The only negative are the instructions which are barely adequate. If you want to learn to properly use it search the internet for videos and watch them with the device in your hand. After a few sessions and various videos you'll be rewarded with a superior device that relieves all types of pain. If it had good instructions I'd easily give it 5 stars without hesitation. This is as good as any professional therapy. Since I've used numerous devices similar to this it was fairly easy for me to figure out.

Not just a TENS machine, but 4 devices in one. The interferential therapy setting uses a much higher frequency than a TENS machine which helps it penetrate the skin and relieve deep muscle pain. In the hinterlands where I live, many of the Physical Therapists don’t have this therapy available. Read the somewhat puzzling owners manual very carefully before using this device - there are lots of setting options and electrode placement must be done correctly.

Don't know if this works. The low quality pads don't adhere well enough. Yes, I wiped my skin with alcohol. Paid a lot of money for this kit. After researching about different pads ... I'm even more dissatisfied with seller of this kit. Should have come with the correct size sticky pads. A more universal size. Most of US need this device for our backs. You enclosed the smallest pad made! Really... Buy the unit alone. Buy the correct pads for what area you intend to use it. very dissatisfied

Great for in home treatment when you're watching tv, saves the doctor visit copays and the time going to the doctor. Highly recommend. the four different forms of therapy is an awesome feature, 4 units in 1.

I bought this to replace an older unit that had stopped working. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, I was unable to try the unit for a couple of months after I had received it and when I did finally try it, it didn't work at all. I fully charged the battery and read the instructions to the letter but the unit would not run. When I tried to return the unit to the seller, I was told it was passed the return date and the seller would not take it back. Now I'm stuck with an expensive but worthless unit. Not happy at all. Do not buy from this seller.

Great product. Helped my wife before her back surgery. The IF setting is what makes this unit worth its price over other tens units. Recommend getting the larger pads if being used for back pain relief.
