Q: Can i use it to glue rubber?

I'm pretty sure. I used it on: plastics, carbon fiber, bondo, rubber hoses, cement, and metal. It seems to work just fine. Just follow the instructions. Drys Quick, Does Not Work on Wood.

Q: Can the glue fix a small tear on the tent fabric say 68D PU Polyester and mesh too? Thanks

I'm not certain. It's a really good glue, tho. I would make a "patch" of similar fabric and go for it. Good luck!

No, I wouldn't. Try using an adhesive that is safe for the reef tank. What sort of living animals would be in there??

Sorry for the late response. YES. It does work with paper, use a hair dryer (hot) or leave to dry for 1-2min. I used it on a college project to glue cardboard and wooden sticks- worked great. DO NOT GET ON SKIN TO SKIN CONTACT, WILL GLUE FINGERS TOGETHER. Dries quick and only need a few drops. Very clear when dry and very fuild like.
