Now, I will say I eat clean, I run a lot and I take the supplement exactly as advised. But comparing my results "before" using the product and "after" using the product, I CAN CONFIRM this will work. However I will tell you just like with anything you will get out of it what you put into it. Do I think taking it alone will shave weight off you? Probably. Combined with proper diet and exercise, this product with LEAN YOU OUT even while taking advantage of your weekly "cheat" meals. And at this price pointe, you really CAN afford to take a chance. I can't really rate it too high since I'm just now trying it out, but so far it's been 2 weeks and it has been helping me suppress my hunger. I take it 3 times a day 30 mins before eating and It definitely has been helping me with my over eating. Now I can only wonder what will happen when I start working out. Hoping for the best ;-)

I took these for a month straight as directed and didn't see any difference at all.

Product didn't add any benefit to my routine. I am avid about working out and eating right, and thought by adding this in I would see a great result in my measurements...and no noticeable change was found after 3 months.

Happy with the product however disappointed that I had to pay excess on delivery due to import tax.to be precise an extra £14.66 This was not made clear on the original order.

I already eat very healthy and workout I was hoping to lose some weight I lost absolutely nothing , the reason I gave it 1 star was because I did notice slightly less bloating in belly, but no change in pant size or loss of inches a little bummed so now I'm going to try another one with No calcium it's supposed to work better without the calcium.
