I bought this to sleep sitting up on the couch with because sleeping laying down hurts my back and it was too firm. So i opened the zipper and took some of the stuffing out and it works perfect now!

I use this daily. I love the style and it is firm yet comfortable. The button in the front (where your neck is) is a nice touch and keeps the neck pillo in place

Sigh.Dang it neck pillow, you're too small! :( I didn't like mine as much as I thought I would. It is SUPER soft and comfortable. However, it was super snug around me and uncomfortable. Now, my partner likes it. Fits him fine and no issues with fit. The chin snap is nice, but be careful when you pull it apart. The stitching tore a little bit, but not too noticeable. After trying it on, and feeling a big headed, I tossed it on the ottoman and ended up using it for my foot that was sprained a month ago. Then I thought about sore knees after tennis, I thought let me try the pillow and YES! Very comfy and many uses besides the airline travel, which I WON'T be using this for. My guy, however, will and because this is so filled, I think I'll be able to use 1 side. I'll try at least. :)

Soft as butter, and a total lifesaver. I actually bought this to help me when I would fall asleep while breastfeeding. My head would end up in all sorts of positions if I fell asleep sitting up. This isn't something I condone, but it sometimes happens. I bought this pillow to help keep my neck in a less dangerous position if I was feeling sleepy while nursing, or if I fell asleep sitting up after getting baby to his crib. The design is also vibrant and I look forward to traveling with it soon!

I purchased this neck pillow to replace a microbead one that had fallen apart.It is firm without bing uncomfortable [I can fall asleep easily while wearing this] and the snaps keep it from shifting when i move me head or position. This would make a great gift with anyone who has neck pains/sore neck.The pillow came wrapped in a separate plastic bag which was also a plus.

I have used this on multiple trips and find it to be very comfortable. I work night shift and had to take a flight right after work, this neck pillow was one of the only reasons I got any sleep on that flight. The best part, in my opinion, is the snap in the front. It's much easier to travel with that clipped around my suitcase rather than having to carry it.

Was too puffy and thick to be helpful. I may try taking out some of the stuffing and moving it around to see if that helps. It is a nice quality pillow and the fabric is very soft. It was just too bulky for me.
