Guinea pig loves this it’s a little bit larger in size which was great because my guinea pig is a little bit larger. He sleeps in here all the time the quality is decent, but unfortunately I think is over priced.

I recently adopted 2 male guinea pigs. I put this in to replace one of their hides. They love it so much I ordered a 2nd to replace their other hide within 30 min of setting up the first!

I got the hamster hide and it was easy to build. The wood is a little rough but not a huge problem. the top is stuck good but I don't mind I would hate to disturb my hamster when he is sleeping.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived nicely packaged. Easy to assemble. I got this for my male short haired syrian hamster & he seems to really like it.

Its a good hamster house. It fits our Teddy Bear Hamster well. Its is hard to clean out the trash areas because the wood dividers are not connected

I ordered the Hamster Hideout and while it is a multichambered hide, it is not what was advertised. It has a different layout than the add, and it was very difficult to assemble. It required so much force to get the pieces to fit together that one of the pieces broke. It also says in the add that the lid is easily removable but this is not true. The wood pegs that attach the top to the walls are so firmly snug together the only way to view your hamster inside is to pick up the entire hide. I would recommend spending a bit more money for the NiteAngel hide

My hampster now pretty much lives in this maze all day. He sleeps in one part and stores some of his treats in another. He also burrows under an area in this maze.I would highly recommend.

I have 2 Guinea Pigs per cage and they all want to be in this house. I have also bought different houses but it's this one they love. It's easy to put together and and very easy to move to clean inside. Since it does not have a floor I don't have to worry about cleaning the wood floor. I'm thinking on getting another one that is how much they love it.

Great product for a hamster

I don’t know if this item was already broken before shipment or if it broke during transportation. Either way I had to fix the box by removing the entire front piece of wood and replacing the nails with new ones.If this item broke during transportation it must have been because there was no sort of bubble wrap or protective stuffing included in the packaging.

Pee soaks into the bottom of the wood and it gets moldy! My pigs loved it for the week they used it but it quickly got gross, and no way to prevent this
