Q: Is this product shipped in a cold pack?

Mine was. It had a Black Ice brand cold pack in the box with the oil.

Q: How does it tastes like?

It tastes like crap! I'm being honest!

Q: Can you use the oil topically?

I have never tried. I use it as salad oil/dressing and put a little in my smoothly. I don't know of any topical use

Q: The picture doesn’t have the “dha” label like the normal dha bottle. is this actually the one with dha added or is it his original 3-6-9 oil? tia!

DHA should be displayed on the label as well DHA is more money then just 3-6-9 blend as far as I know.
