Nestle Damak Fine Chocolate with Pistachios, 2.82 Ounce (6 Bars)

These are delicious. I was introduced to them by a family member but could not find them anywhere in my small town. So, like any self-respecting millennial would do I turned to the interwebs to solve my dilemma. As a savvy person I also didn't want to have to pay for shipping, that stuff is for fools, so I hit up the 'Zon for my fix. And what should I find there, but the perfect answer to my problem: a box of these amazing chocolates for a reasonable price. I one-clicked the heck out of them.I was a little worried about meltage, as it is summer and there were other reports of melted candy. I should have known my favorite dealer wouldn't let me down. Granted, I was waiting by the door for my package to arrive, like any good addict would, and was there to snatch that box right out of the delivery driver's hands so my precious chocolate wouldn't spend any undue time in the heat and Colorado sun. The box was insulated and had ice packs in it (SCORE!! Those babies went right into my freezer for future use!) The candy bars were in perfect shape when I opened them (and obviously didn't eat all five of them in one sitting.) No worries about chalky, expired, or any other issues with the chocolate I received.

What made this chocolate bar unique was the amount of pistachios. The chocolate wasn’t outstanding but combination with the nuts made the difference. It was giftable and they appreciated it

This candy bar is so delicious with chocolate and pistachio combination. I find it at Fred Meyer or via Amazon. I cannot get enough of it; it's certainly addictive, and now the only candy bar I buy, as none other gives me the satisfaction as eating this one. I keep them in the refrigerator until I desperately want another. I take them to the movies and traveling as well. Just try one; you will buy them above any other. The pistachios are not hard, but they beckon one's taste buds. Last time I purchased 4 boxes of six count. I wanted to portion them out to either one a day, or every other day; it didn't exactly go as planned.

As a Turkish boy I love chocolate with pistachio. 16 dollars for 6 of these is a good deal. It came in perfect condition which I wasn't expecting. Also it is manufactured only a few months ago. It was fresh and tasty. Too bad I ate 3 of them in last 2 hours. Probably I shouldn't order it again :D

Second time I've ordered this product. First time was really great. This time the chocolate had a white tinge to it and tasted old. Disappointing.UPDATE:02/04/2017I received an email from the seller (this seller took over the business from the last seller) asking if I would like to try the product again, since the last time was disappointing. I said yes, and I'm glad I did! This this the "damak" that I have grown to love! The chocolate was fresh and the pistachios were crisp and tasty. I'm glad there is a new owner and that this owner cares about providing excellent product and excellent customer service.

It is very expensive and worth every penny because it's the most delicious chocolate you can enjoy! HOWEVER! It comes from Turkey and I just received my second order and unfortunately had to throw it away! the package was damaged, soiled and the chocolate so melted it looked and felt like chocolate milk! Truly a shame! Not because I lost my money but because we weren't able to enjoy such a delicious chocolate! Please work on your packaging and delivery! You cannot improve the product any more! Please let me know once you have accomplished this so I can order one, but for now, I cannot waste my money. Thank you!

The box had been taped shut and only 5 of 6 bars included.

These taste great, but have changed since the last time I ordered. The chocolate used to be a little thicker and more substantive, and there were thicker chunks of pistachio. Now it seems like they just put a bunch of smaller pistachio flakes in there. Still tastes good, but not quite where it was 4-5 years ago.

This chocolate is super delicious, plenty of pistachios, and the chocolate tastes perfect! It may take a little longer to get it, but well worth the wait!
