1/2-Inch Extra Thick High Density Anti-Tear Exercise Yoga Mat with Knee Pad and Carrying Strap, Multiple Colors

Compared to other exercise mats I’ve purchased, it’s sturdy. I workout pretty much 4-6 days a week and it hasn’t worn off since I started using it last week. You can do jumping jacks and skater jumps on it without it folding out of place. Very secure grip on wood, tile and rug. The knee pad is great for support on knees/forearms/hands especially when doing plank exercises. It also makes a great extension to the mat if you’re on the taller side. Overall, it’s sound and supportive.

I really needed a yoga mat that was thick enough to keep my tailbone, pelvic bone, bony elbows, etc to stop hurting with every exercise I did. I was forever using folded towels, dirtying pillows, etc for this purpose and still got bruised sometimes. I've only had this one day, so I cant speak to durability, but so far so good!! I did abs, prone exercises, etc and no pain!!! It's long enough that I dont need an extra mat underneath, which is always been an issue with these thick mats. It's also able to lay flat when unrolled instead of curling up. Comes with a hand carrying strap, doesnt smell funky out of the box, AND comes with a knee pad. I found that especially cool as well. Would recommend so far for sure!!!EDIT: It's not the worst mat in the world probably, but already tearing up with light use so you pretty much cant do anything where you step on in with shoes (planks with shoes on, etc). It's rather slippery as well, so if you're doing pushups, you have to put your hands off the mat. The worst part is the customer service. I was supposed to receive a free gift from them and finally got an initial response. My gift didnt come after months and I have sent multiple followup emails with no response. So don't expect to get any help or assistance if your order goes wrong. I would order somewhere else for this reason alone. Good customer service is just as important as a good product in my opinion.

It's too squishy - almost like a amix between cheap memory foam and those water noodles that you swam with as a kid. So, if you are looking for a more firm surface to balance on, for example, this is not it. It could be comfortable for things like situps sure, but anything that you need a solid place to stand I'd go for a different brand and go with 1/4 of an inch instead of 1/2 an inch. This is still usable but it is very cheaply made, you can tell. The smallest thing that touches it with any amount of pressure will forever create an impression in it that does NOT go away, so expect yours to have dents and dings in it pretty quickly if you are the type to move this from place to place or travel with it. It does not have a strong chemical smell but instead has that "sterile" medical smell, if that makes sense. One side has grooves and the other is smoother than any mat I have ever seen. So if you want grip, you need to stand on the ribbed side (which is weird to me). Thankfully I have carpet but if you have hardwood or laminate, the smooth side down will likely slide it around too easily. Just a precaution.I will use it because it is still usable... but I would not havce gotten it had I known there issues. Go for something else nicer that will last longer than this for an extra $10 or $15 and you won't be as disappointed.

I was very excited to receive this mat due to its extra thickness. I unrolled it and left it in a spare room for about a week to uncurl a bit. The first time I used it I began to feel extremely nauseous after a few minutes. I realized there was a horrible, chemical smell coming from the mat that was overwhelming me. I immediately put it on the back porch. It has been outside for three weeks now and the smell is still there. It is unusable and will have to be returned. Also, the carrying strap left permanent indentations in the mat, but that seems beside the point with the foul odor issue.

I never received my yoga matt and haven't been able to track it. Wish I could give this a decent review.

Love it, it was exactly what I needed for my workouts at home during this quarantine! I was afraid of it sliding while working out on the carpet and to my surprise it stayed in place perfectly. Also the knee padding helped with my work up to full push ups. Great buy for sure!

So much for the PRIME experienceProduct Evaluation: So far the product is as expected (i.e.) long enough for someone who is 6 feet tall / thick enough to be comfortable on wrists and feet/ the small mat is a nice extra. Not able to comment on longevity but the 2 year warranty helps.

I read so many reviews of other exercise mats that were cheaply made, had strange smells, were too thin, etc. and I finally came across the BalanceFrom Exercise Matt and am so glad I ordered it! Not too thin or too thick just right!. Durable material, no smell and came with a carrier wrap and a knee pad. I have recommended this mat to my friends. Best find in regard to quality and price for an exercise/yoga mat on Amazon!

Me encanta la buena calidad de este producto, lo fácil que es de cargar con la correa, el tamaño y sobre todo lo conveniente que es para hacer mis ejercicios. Al colocarlo sobre el piso, da un buen acolchonamiento y no me resbalo.
