AVANTEK Night Light Motion Activated Battery Operated Wall Lights with 10 LED and Dual Sensor for Stairs Bathroom Cabinet

The light works great. They give off a brilliant light but it's not too overwhelming. It adheres to the wall pretty, there have been no issues with that. We have purchased two of these. We have placed them along the path that we would take if there was a fire at our house. They are placed low to the floor. One of our sons has an anxiety about fires so we decided to have him part of the solution. He put up the lights and practices crawling the path once in a while. It has helped to lower his anxiety level a great deal. Great product with no issues to report.

Updated review after living with the light for a few weeks.The light works perfectly and would get a 5* rating from us except it is too bright. We find it a bit too much light when wake in the middle of the night and head down the hallway where this this light comes on. I should mention that my eyes react slowly to changes in light - so I am more aware than most of how bright night lights are.The sensor is quite good in this light. If I understand these sensors, they detect changes in heat. We've been having a rather hot summer and when it gets to be over 80 in the house another brand of night light we've got will not turn on even when you stand in front of it and wave your hands. This light turns on every time (I never had a chance to test it over 88 degrees F, thankfully)I took the light apart (very easy) and was able to dim the light by putting translucent masking tape on the inside of the plastic cover. This worked perfectly and I have no complaints about brightness anymore.

I use this light as a night light in the bathroom. I just wish it stayed on longer. I think it goes off after about 20 seconds. I replaced it with a light I could adjust for timing.

This is an excellent product. I have a dark cellar stairway but now it is lit when ever anyone goes down. The adhesive is strong. No screws to use to attach and hands free light. We had one long ago with a chain and it screwed into the wall. The chain was difficult with items in our hands. I smile every time it turns on for me. My grandchildren can come with me now in my trips to the basement. With the motion detector, it is on only when needed. I am very happy I bought it. I would get another if I had a place where it is needed.

I have purchased numerous items through Amazon and this is the first thing I'm returning. I bought 2 of these both took forever to turn on in automatic if they did at all. For the advances in LED's these things are not very bright at all. The switch location is such that you can't even use them in the manual mode if you wanted to without removing them from the mounting bracket.

It works fine, but I was looking for something with a warm yellow hue. This is brighter than I wanted and with a blue hue. I use it in a walk in closet in the basement instead of upstairs in halls and bedrooms. Oh well.

I use this light as a late night entry light for my room in a shared home. I work evenings and this enables me to come in and see where I'm going when I first arrive home since I have an outside entry and no outlet near the door. It works flawlessly with the motion sensor detecting my movements as I arrive. I also use it as a flashlight on occasion. It seems to be quality made, and using rechargeable batteries, as I do on almost everything, I expect years of effortless service. Recommended.

I needed a battery powered motion sensor light for the stairway inside my house. These are great, they come with double sided sticky tape so you can mount them anywhere you want (I have them just propped up on the stairs). They have a 10 foot sensor range and lights up the staircase at night perfectly for my elderly mother. Because they have a 10 foot range, be mindful of where you put them as any movement at all, even from cats and dogs, will set the light to go on. It does turn off in 15 seconds which is good, but if you have a pet that runs back and forth, expect to have a light show happen in your home (lol). Don't think these will work outside in the weather/elements, they are strictly for indoors.

I bought a couple of these to try and bought four more after seeing how good the first two were. I find the motion sensor very responsive and a single light is easily bright enough for our landing, and another for the stairwell. They remain on for a few seconds and are easily reactivated with a small movement if needed. There are three settings on the lights - on, off, or motion detecting. They are sensitive to the surrounding light level too so will not come on when they're not needed. I've had mine for around 10 days now so cannot yet comment on battery life - no replacements needed so far. If you're unsure of where to position the lights, I recommend using a temporary fixing initially. The first one I put up was a little too bright where it was and I found myself scraping it off the wall as the sticky fixers provided are so strong! Overall, extremely happy. Don't be put off by the low price - the lights really are the bargain that they seem. You get an awful lot for what you pay.

Estupenda lampara con censor de movimiento que alcanza mas de 3 metrs,tienes que tener cuidado donde lo colocas por que es tan potente el censor que a la minima ya se esta encendiendo.Tiene una luz muy potente mas que otras lamparas que he tenido que tienen una luz con muy poca intensidad....De echo la tengo en un baño y cuando vas por la noche no es necesario encender la luz,pues es suficiente con la de la lampara para ver perfectamente...Muy recomendable

Trio di luci notturne arrivano ben imballate, a primo occhio ben costruite ottimi i materiali ed i supporti, nella scatola troviamo le 3 luci, 3 supporti in plastica per appendere le luci, dietro al coperchio di ognuna é possibile notare un supporto magnetico ed un altro a fissaggio adesivo, praticamente possiamo collocare come vogliamo le luciAperto il vano sul retro troviamo l'alloggio delle 3 batterie ministilo AAA necessarie, codesta luce prima di essere collocata dobbiamo prendere in considerazione certi aspetti che sono 3 metri di range del sensore sia in verticale che orizzontale, reattività molto sensibile ed un accensione standard di 30 secondi ad ogni rilevamento e cmq finché non sente più nulla muoversi nel raggio del sensore, la luce emessa é notevole da 10 led ci permettono di muoverci al sicuro nelle zone buie o poco illuminate, la lampada si aziona solo al crepuscolo o in presenza di luce insufficiente.,Testate e posso personalmente consigliarle a tutti, un ottimo acquisto ad un prezzo di 30 euro onesto, vi troverete bene!

到着して、開封した時、何だ？　説明書きが　英語で「雑」という感じを持ちました。これ　使えるのか？と思うのが普通でしょうね。電気物が得意で無い人は　ここでストップか？良く製品を見て、電池を入れて　壁にセットして夜になるのを待ち起動するか　確認。シッカリ　人感が起動して　明るく　光ります。日中は　点灯しないので　明かりの感知もして　無駄な点灯はしません。廊下等に複数　セットすると　連動して　通常のライトを付けなくてトイレ等に行けますよ。これ　結構使えますよ。

Bought these to light a path for my grandsons in case they need the bathroom.! Nice and bright and do the job.Would have given 5 stars but they are let down by the fact that the control settings are in the rear of the light. Not exactly user friendly if you want to switch them off given they are stuck to the wall😕
