The best feature of this mask is the back of the head velcro fastening. You can pull it tight to get a nice tight fit. The outer black fabric is elastic, and is only there to hold the internal PM2.5 filter against the face. The one- way valves don’t work well. I defeated them using duct tape on the inside. The nose clamp is OK fine.After blocking the valves my rating goes up to 4.0, because of the tight fit and high level of filtration.BTW: this style of PM2.5 filter fits the face better than the rectangular versions.

Item is poorly designed does not fit snug against face despite using velcro to tighten, item protrudes out and nose piece does not sit on top of skin. Reached out to seller but seller suggested using scissors cut to adjust fit, you can't cut this material and make it fit. Seller is forcing buyer to pay for return shipping, when there is no posted policy on paying for return shipping. Not trustworthy seller, avoid at all costs. Amazon needs to do better job of filtering out sellers who sell poor quality products and leave buyers with useless product. Within a short time, one of the rivets came loose. Sent photo to seller with this recommendation"A simple flat nylon washer on the back side would be a simple and better solution for production." and got this response.Note not just the spelling since coming from China, but even them admitting "you have used for serveral days.""these mask is quick consumer goods , you have used for serveral days . this two mask only paid 12.4$ , ,,because the virus , the express need twice shipping fee than before , originally, we can cancel the all order ,because we ship these mask ,we are lost money , but consider of people 's healthy ,we sent it to customers .return it ,it is not worth of it , refund you , we lost more money , it let me so boreing ."If not for the design of the rivets, I would rate much higher.

Take your chance at having it fit. Does not fit me, I must be the odd-ball. Once attached, the Velcro neck band pulls the mask down and away from the nose. The more I would adjust it the more it would come down. Im Asian-American but do not have the "flat" face as most Asians have.

The velcro strap at the back is useless if you have hair, especially if you die it back in a pony tail (trying to keep the hair out of your face). Due to the construction it puts more stress on your ears- as in it tries to pull down because the weight of the mask and the velcro strap. I've one of the two several times now. I am going to assemble the second one tonight to see if it's even slightly better, and to check if my husband can wear it. I'll change my review if he likes it.Warning- it comes completely disassembled.

I bought these masks right when the pandemic started since I thought they would be useful and they were cheap compared to other masks. They shipped fast surprisingly. However, there was a weird smell that I couldn't get over. I washed them many times but couldn't get the smell out. I would not recommend this product.

I waited for this product -- I took about a month to deliver -- I was very disappointed when I opened it - it is small & did not fit my nose & chin properly -- it is ill fitting , loose -- defeats the whole purpose of maskWorst part is that this mask SMELLS of some kind of Machine oil -- hence impossible to breath through it -- I have reverted back to my home mask ( waste of money & waste of over one month of waiting )
