When my cat and dog brought ringworm home from daycare, this UV flashlight became my secret weapon. Worked well enough to find pee spots on the carpet of a room that was smelling (potty training a boy at its finest). Spots weren't as illuminated as I would have hoped even in a dark room, but again, good enough to find and clean the culprits.

My dog has separation anxiety and sometimes he’ll leave me a little surprise on some random corner of the house. This little black light helps me find and clean it. It’s not very powerful, so you’ll have to wait until sundown and turn all the rooms off for it to be effective.

This UV light was a good value and is compact so you can take with you to have when you might need it. I use it when antiquing to hunt for uranium glass. It glows a bright green under UV light. You can also use it to find certain scorpions that will glow (if that's your thing). UV light also causes pet stains (urine) to glow and can be used to detect rodents, they leave a dribble a trail of urine as they go about. It looks sturdy, but I just got it so I will see how well it holds up.

Bought this to look for scorpions. It works, and has helped me find a few in my yard (and scarily one in my house). But the black light is not very strong, so only useful within a few feet distance. I would of preferred something a bit more powerful

The media could not be loaded. It definitely does help detect things you cannot see, the video is from a just cleaned toilet and the wall that didn't look dirty but had all the splashes. It shows grime/oil from hands, dust, mess around toilets, I haven't used much on floors to see what it can "detect" but my kids love finding all sorts of stuff on the walls 😂
