Shark Professional Navigator Lift-Away UV550 Upright Vacuum with XL Dust Cup Anti-Allergen Renewed

I bought a Shark Navigator a couple of years ago and decided that I'm just lazy enough to get a second vacuum for the second floor. I chose the Professional Navigator, mostly because it was cheaper than it's purple version. I bought both as 2nd chance renewed machines and I absolutely love them both! The professional has a bigger trash tank yet seems to be lighter. It has an extra attachment that seems like it would work best for the stairs or for the dog's side of the couch. Like others have mentioned, it didn't come with instructions nor an attachments caddy, so Google and a quart size zip lock bag will have to do.Bottom line: this is definitely worth the money. The suction is strong. The cord is long. The canister detaches. It comes with 3 attaches - ments. Sorry, I was on a roll 😄.

I absolutely love the vacuum only thing missing from the box was the assessory holder was missing. I contacted Amazon they wanted me to ship the entire thing back, I registered the product with shark and they were able to ship me the item with out having to pack the vacuum to ship it all the way back. It was a pleasure speaking with shark as the woman was very helpful, kind, well mannered and addressed my concerns. Vacuum only worked great a few mins. After running it’s spitting dirt out, no blockage. After reading how many extra products there are 3 more products that were suppose to be in the box missing attachment wise.

Renewed, hose is stretched out, but otherwise in good condition.

I had a shark navigator vacuum that worked great for 22 years until it finally gave out. So I knew when the time came to purchase a new one, a shock product was definitely top of my list. This model does the trick! Light weight, powerful, great attachments, and easy to use! Would definitely recommend.

This is the first vacuum that actually did as it advertised. I have dogs and cats hard wood floors and rugs, and vacuum everyday and everything because of the hair and dust bunnies. With my old vacuum I would be vacuuming the same area 4 to 5 times to pick up everything. With the shark it picked up in one pass and the dirt and hair that came up looked like I never vacuumed. I love that I can lift it of the base and can carry it while doing the stairs and the ceilings it light. The pet brush is amazing the old vacuum pet brush never worked correctly and was a pain in the butt to carry and use the attachments. I’ll never buy another brand again. And the customer service was awesome a part was missing and they sent it out immediately.

You would never know it was refurbished. I hesitated to buy a refurbished vacuum, however; this suckered works wonderfully. It just about sucks up the whole carpet. I am glad I bought it I don't know how long it will last compared to a new one, but so far it has not let me down.

This is a newer model than my first that I loved and lasted many years. However, it came missing the accessory holder. Fortunately the part off my old Shark fit the new vacuum.

The clip that holds the dust cup on came broken, cheap plastic. It'll prob cost them .30 cents to send me another clip but they make everything difficult. I am not wasting my time returning this vacuum- if you send something broken you either come pick it up or send me a new clip.
