I wear this for 45 minutes of boxing and long walks and it works great - it really adds the exhaustion factor (without pain)! For an extended period of time wearing it, it is comfortable in warm and cold weather. I researched a lot and glad I bought this one. I used it for weight training and it doesn't move around too much. I have not used it for running yet.

I really like this weighted vest! I wish some of the weights were removable though. Instead of buying a $200 grade like my bf I wanted my vest sooner and at a reasonable price. This vest will take some getting use to as it does keep a constant pressure on your shoulder blades. I bought a massage gun and it fixed the problem. I love that I can put my phone on the back in the netted pouch and don’t have to worry about pockets!

The vest fits really well and comfortable. I am petite size and was worried the vest would be too loose on me. The material is premium quality. I would recommend this vest to people.

It's hard to know if the fit of a product is going to be good and this weighted vest was exactly what I was looking for. I'm 5'9" female at 155 lbs. the adjustability of the vest is great. I can see this fitting a lot of different size people. It's not so bulky that you hate wearing it and it's no too low on the waist. Honestly with the strap adjustment on the chest, it fits me great. There is definitely room if you are bigger than me around the armpits. I' am really glad I bought this one but wish I would've gotten the 12-pound vest.

I got the 8lb, pink color of course. At first thought it might be too light for me as I work out all the time and use weights but actually heavier than I thought. Its perfect when I am on the treadmill doing my cardio for extra fat burn or with light dumbells doing leg lunges etc. it helps to add that little bit of extra weight I need without adding too much. It secures around my chest just perfect, just realize though that there is a little bit of shifting and moving of the vest depending on what excercises you do. Other than that, great quality, great purchase and looks and fits as its described.

I was honestly surprised with the quality of the pack considering the price. It's very comfortable to wear while running and doesn't move around too much. I will say, however, that the vest is a bit limited on adjustability. I am 5'11" (181cm) and 145lb (66kg), I am a skinny dude but my chest is about average width and I found myself coming very near to the end of the buckle (so if you're smaller this might not be ideal for you). The 12lb pack feels just right for me and I even take it on longer runs comfortably ( 7-8 miles). The pack isn't too bulky either so unless you get close it's hard to tell that it's weighted and not just a regular running pack. This vest might be just what you need if you're looking to cut down your race times. I was very skeptical at first, but I have been using it for just about 2 weeks an I'm already seeing a difference in my longer run times. I had never used one of these when I ran track/cross country in high school but I really regret it now! I might've actually placed in a race back then if I had just started with one of these. There's obviously no magic fix for running faster instantly, but I think with enough time and effort anyone will begin to see decent results with one of these packs.

This is nice workout vest overall, easy to put on and take off. Material is comfortable and seems durable. This is also a great alternative for kids with sensory issues and only half the price!

I use this weight vest during jogging and walking. The adjust belt can work for different size. The vest makes the exercise more efficient and effective. I bought the 6lb one. If you are big, I would suggest to go for 8lb or 12lb.

The vest is of good quality and I like how it fits. After reviewing multiple weighted vests, I chose this one because it is not filled with sand. The cost for a quality item and longer wearing is well worth it.You get what you pay.
