It’s pretty small. My curly hair is close to a bob and I have fine hair and it barely fits in there. I wouldn’t recommend getting this for an adult, especially not for someone which thicker curls

I like that this sleep cap doesn’t have elastic which makes marks on my ears and forehead. The ties in the back keep it snug on my head and it is comfortable all night. The silk is substantial and keeps my curly hair in place, which cuts down on frizz and the need to shampoo so often which is hard on curls. It’s a bit small, but I have short hair, so it is fine for me. Not sure if it is large enough for hair much longer than mine.

I bought this cap to protect my hair while sleeping with my CPAP. I was getting lots of breakage from the strap around my head tugging on my hair. I have a large head, and this said it was a larger size. However, it's definitely not large enough for my head plus my thicker hair! I don't know how people use it as it's intended if their hair is thick or their head is large, as mine is. It covers the part of my head where the strap hits, which I guess is a bit helpful. But I don't recommend this to anyone who has a lot of hair or a bigger head - and especially not when you have both!! lol

My hair looked great the next morning but it is somewhat small and I use a cap/hat size 7 1/4. It would be great if I had shorter hair. My hair is neck length and above the shoulders.

I really like the feel of it. Obviously silk and the quality is good for the price. Easy to tie and hair doesn’t slip out of the bottom. It just didn’t stay on all night with my hair. I have thick very curly hair (3b that is tight ringlets) that is an inch below shoulder length. I would get this brand again if they have something slightly larger. Will likely keep it for when I cut my hair again.

Tightening/tying the cap creates a hole in the back that your hair comes out of, defeating the purpose of the cap.

The quality of the silk is nice. Not too thin. I've only been using it for a week so I may do an update after more use. My hair is relaxed and right above shoulder length so the fit is perfect for me. Keeps my hair from being damaged by my pillow case and helps retain moisture. I may purchase another one as back up.

It's comfortable to wear and keeps my head warm in cold weather. My hair does look better in the morning than it would if I didn't use it, but I can't seem to tie it so it will stay put. Sometimes I wake up with the front of it at my eyebrow level. I have two of them in different colors.
