Hi! These last a year, but amazon will only stock these if there is sufficient time to consume these. You may store at room temperature. But once opened, please refrigerate and consume within a week.

Q: Is it possible to get no onion no garlic vegan Thai curry paste?

We would love to! There are not yet plans to develop such a product. However, we do have a Lemongrass Turmeric paste, which is garlic free, and you can add your own chilies to spice things up.
