Love these yam noodles!
We love these yam noodles. I stock up to make sure we have them on hand in our pantry for family soup night.We've made traditional sukiyaki as well as japchae but what we most often do is a DIY soup bar where everyone can make their own noodle soup bowl at the table. We offer yam noodles, mushrooms, scallions, jalapeno, cilantro, basil, veggie meat or tofu and make a wonderful vegetable broth in our instant pot. Easy family dinner and everyone can have it their way.
