I have been riding my e-bikes 20-30 miles a day with many stops. This lock is easy to use to lock to fixed items and an able to lock both of our bikes together by extending the cable through one of the loops. My only issue is it's hard to get my bike a lock off the holder. Other than that happy with the lock.

The lock is solid, the locking mechanism is bulky and reliable. But when I bought this item over other locks because of the sophisticated mounting mechanism it advertised. I tried installing this thing on my bike for 30 mins; the nuts fell out of the brackets the moment I put the screws in. It's impossible to install the thing. I'd look for something better for $38 bucks.

I ordered this bike lock to use for an electric scooter. I had an old bike lock but it was just the standard u lock, I wanted this because of the extra cable that you can use to secure the bar since it has different anatomy than a bicycle. I consider this a necessary accessory for an electric scooter since there are fewer curves and corners so that a standard u lock is inadequate. The cording is strong but flexible, I can run it through enough of my electric scooter that I feel good about it. The components of the lock are strong, it would be very difficult to break this lock even with good tools that are basically designed to do that. It comes with three keys, which is great because I keep one, my husband keeps one and we keep the third at home. You will need the key to both lock and unlock, which makes sense because you wouldn’t want to get somewhere and realize you don’t have the key after you’ve locked it up! I can see this working great for bikes in high theft areas as I’ve heard of the bikes being essentially deconstructed and thieves stealing most of them to get around U locks. This extra cord would prevent that so I can see a lot of applications for this style of lock.

Good enough value and security for a $35 bike lock. Quality made parts and finish. Weighs only 3.2 lbs. that is not too heavy. Easy and effective bike mounting options. Fits very good on the bike for frame carry. Must be correctly positioned between the chainrings angled down over bottom bracket so the lock is pick resistant and harder to get a saw on the shackle. I use another 3 lb. Kryptonite Keeper 785 to lock the frame over a hard post or bike rack. Together it has 6 lbs. of steel for better than average security.

This is a good lock for the price and good size I don't like the thing that attaches to the bike when you ride it and makes it wiggle and loose and it doesn't have spring loaded but as I said for the price it is a great lock can't complain most cost a lot more..

This lock and cable are just long enough to secure my 20 inch bike. I thread the cable through the rear wheel, the saddle, the frame, then through one end of the cable, the rest of the cable (the other end) goes to the u lock, which i put through the front wheel. There's probably a bit of space left inside the u lock to place it around a bike rack.I didn't try securing a helmet with the same cable, but it should also be possible.I can't speak to the quality: pick and bump resistance, hardness of the cable, if the insides are metal and not plastic, and if the u lock is hardened steel. For the price, I don't expect much. I don't plan on leaving my bike secured with this for more than an hour.

The media could not be loaded.  This bike lock is heavy-duty and gives me peace of mind. It is easy to lock up and comes with three keys so I can leave one at home as a backup. I'm able to attach the shackle to the bike frame with the mounting bracket that is included. Now I can ride around town and park it and not worry about it getting stolen with this super-strong lock on it.
