FultonAerolite UVP 50+ Umbrella Dark Red one size

We bought this for our holiday in Rome in August and it didn't disappoint. It provides excellent shelter from the sun, reducing the heat from your head and shoulders as well as stopping the UV rays. It's quite robust and easily retains its shape if a gust tries to turn it inside out. It's extremely lightweight and fits into a shoulder bag without any take up of space. It also doesn't interfere with people standing close buy due to its smaller diameter. An excellent product.

This umbrella is very compact and light, easy to pop into your handbag. Have used it only a couple of times and it has been fine. I'm very happy with it except for one thing. I've only given it 4 stars because the colours available are so dreary. Why always black, and navy? It will be used on a dull grey rainy day. Why not pink, coral, yellow, lime green, apple green - there are no end of lovely bright colours and all you can come up with is black and navy. I bought the 'dark red' one - it is more a pinky wine colour, a shade I'd never normally choose. Why not Scarlet or Coral or Cherry?

This is my third Aerolite. The first one broke mid-spoke when it was being opened after a few times, and I repaired it with a sleeve. It's been "borrowed" by a friend, so I bought another. It broke after a few uses as I was opening it, and can't be repaired. However it is so useful being small and light, that I've got a third one, but am keeping the second for replacement ribs.So I'd recommend this with great reservations. I think it may need to be opened quite carefully.

Nice compact umbrella but broke quickly

So light weight and ca fit in a small cross body rise. Perfect for on the go and for travel. A bit too delicate for every day use though
