Too expensive for what it does, and some Display cables will not fit behind the mounting plate, especially using DVI.
This is a very niche product. I understand that maybe 20% of the people who will ever purchase these displays will ever have the need to mount it on a VESA mount, and not many people bought these monitors any way, so this product fits a small need.Even knowing that, $20 for this thing is robbery. I'd say $12 to maybe $15 is fair, but definitely $20 is too much, in my opinion. It's just a piece of metal welded to a smaller piece of metal with some threaded holes tapped in to it. Thats it.The real problem with this product is that on my AOC i2367F the AOC factory provided DVI cable I use to connect the display is too big to fit behind this devices "mounting plate" without bending the monitors stand all the way out (pictured) which I didn't want to do. I had to go out and purchase a smaller one, upping the actual cost of this item to over 30 dollars. The Amazon Item Discretion for this product says it fits my monitor, but it doesn't, really fit with all but the smallest display cables.I should note that there are ways to mount the AOC style monitors for *far* less than the cost of this item using parts from home depot (instructions found easily on google), and I've done that in the past, but I decided to try this out.I'm probably going to return this if I have time. It doesn't make my life any easier.

Yay! They're up! But not without a bit of finagling...
I'm giving it a 4 star rating b/c it gets the job done, but there are some design flaws.Part of the design flaw isn't just the adapter - it's in the overall mount that it's for. Between the two of them, plugging in the monitors to the computers is a bit tricky. These monitors, although not very old (okay, old in a tech sense, but not overall) lack an HDMI port, which means using the bulky DVI cable. The design of the bracket and mount don't exactly leave enough room to plug in an HDMI comfortably. It can be done, but not with the greatest of ease. Fortunately, the AOC monitor itself has a bit of tilt to it so the two can offset themselves and plugging in becomes possible. However, if you're using a DVI to HDMI adapter on one monitor (as I was) you can go ahead and reconsider that option right now. There's no way an adapter AND a bulky cable are fitting there. The other flaw is just in the adapter. Dropping in the monitor to the bracket was a bit difficult. It's nice that it was snug, but it actually removed a bit of the plastic. So should I ever decide to go back to the regular tabletop mount, I'm going to have some obvious wear on the monitor. Then there's the microscopic allen wrench and screws to secure the monitor in place. It takes some nimble fingers to maneuver these into place and you might want to hold your breath during the process so you don't make any unnecessary movements. Two monitors means four screws, which means about 15 attempts at getting those tiny things in place.Overall, the monitors are up. They look great. I'm satisfied, so four stars. Had I posted this review after just having mounted the monitors, I may not have been so generous.

VESA adapter is functional and does as described. The issue is though however when one has a DVI cable with any girth, it doesn't fit well at all.I had two options: (1) Have the monitors tilted all the way forward to allow the most space between the monitor and VESA plate or (2) use a Dremel to cut back part of the plate to allow the VESA to be flushed against the monitor.All-in-all, it's a high quality unit but may require a little modification to make work. I have an 8 monitor setup so it was quite abut of work to get functional. The product owners sent an email about how to resolve the issue but the standard DVI cables for the AOC monitor were much bigger than the instructions suggested would fit.

Love the Brackets!!!!!
Very Pleased with this brackets!!!! I had bought 2 AOC i2757Fh Monitors and was not happy about the fact that they did not come with mounting holes. I was going to just sell them and get 2 new monitors so I could mount them. I came across these brackets and was pretty excited. Very easy to install. Now my AOC 27" monitors are actually mounted. Highly recommended. I paired them with http://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Monitor-Adjustable-Screens-STAND-V002/dp/B009S750LA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1445000332&sr=8-1&keywords=STAND-V002 .

This bracket works exactly as it should. It's specifically designed to adapt an AOC monitor that has a "unique" stand design with a "u" shape pole that inserts into a base. My one negative is that I wish the housing that holds the "u" shape pole on this adapter protruded a little further out or that it was mentioned in the description that you need a 90 deg adapter. If this is for my specific AOC monitor, then everyone who purchases it needs a 90 deg angle adapter. You can no way put a DVI cable straight out. It hits right into this VESA bracket, so you cannot install the monitor. Other than that, my monitor fits on there perfectly and this VESA adapter mounts securely to my AmazonBasics Dual Side-by-Side Monitor Display Mounting Arm.

Overall good, but had to work through a couple issues.
Pretty much works as advertised, except when you go to put the AOC arm into the slot on the adapter there is left over material in the slot from drilling the holes in the side for the locking screws. I had to file that down to get the arm to slide in. Would be nice if they too care of that. Also, when coupled with the Ergotron Dual Monitor Kit this makes the monitor higher that the other side if you have a monitor with a built in VESA mount. Again, not terrible, just a heads up.

Very well made bracket. Other than a burr in the tube preventing the monitor from going down the whole way [which was remedied with some quick filing] the only other problem that I have is that all my cables stick out too long from the back so I do not have full range of tilt with the monitor.if you are putting this on a VESA arm instead of just a stationary wall mount you shouldnt have a problem - otherwise buy some right angle or low profile cables
