Affordable with Impressive Quality
The media could not be loaded. Now playing in my living room all the photographs I had forgotten!!This DB Digital Photo Frame is very user friendly & loaded with features that are usually only offered in units that are much more expensive. It really is Plug & Play, as no complicated setup is needed. The unit accepts the most common digital storage devices and the on screen settings allow you to choose which folder/storage device to play along with all the photo frame modes & functions. I particularly like the wireless remote, which duplicates the buttons on the back of the photo frame, but is much easier to use as the screen is visible when making settings choices. The resolution of this DB Digital Photo frame screen was so good it encouraged me to “brush the dust off” & collate all the many digital photos stored on memory cards / USB drives and then create slide shows. Considering the overall compact size of the DB Digital photo Frame, the sound quality is excellent and apart from adding music or narration to the slide shows, could be just used for playing music. The calendar and time screen is very handy and I leave it on that function all day. To summarize this DB Power Digital Photo Frame is worth every penny of its low price point and would make a great gift idea for the coming Holidays.

Great Digital Photo Frame - but that's it
As a review for someone shopping for a digital photo frame, this product is great. The picture and video quality is great. It is well built like any DBPower product on Amazon. There is a remote oddly but you don't really need it as there are also buttons on the back of the frame for you to be able to go through the different options of the screen. Perhaps the remote is for someone playing music at the same time - which it does. Although, music quality is nothing fancy. This is a simple product that works as intended and I am happy with it. Some features I would like to see for this price point would be wifi connectivity for you to be able to just get pictures from Google drive or iCloud or even your own home network drive. It would make it way more convenient than having to put pictures into an USB drive or SD card. Another thing I would prefer would be a touchscreen. I know for this price point you can't expect much, but if Amazon is able to sell tablets with all of the above for under $50, I believe the technology is out there and cheap enough that they can incorporate these two simple things that would elevate this product into something much more outstanding.

Your photos will look great!
The media could not be loaded. This is my first digital photo frame and I like that it came very well packaged with a very easy to understand instruction manual. Setting it up was simple and easy to do just like setting up a digital TV when using the remote. I like the remote, it makes it really easy to use and change functionality. The photos I had on a flash drive looked great, I did a video showing the photos and clarity and great color. I like that it can play background music with the slideshow if you want and it can also play videos as well as serve as a calendar. I really like this digital photo frame and highly recommend it.

Great photo frame giving your wallet a break!
Great little photo frame. Easy to set up. Put all the pics on your SD card or USB and you are good to go. Push play and it will start going through all the pictures.The resolution is not amazing, HOWEVER, this is digital photo frame that sits on a table or wall and you are not going to walk up to it and start picking out details. It's a resolution that is on par with having had regular pictures printed and put on your wall in a 7" size. What I am saying is, don't focus on the resolution size, it is very adequate for reviewing old memories.Aesthetically, it is appealing. It is nicely designed so it doesn't look like a cheap garbage from the local discount store sitting on your shelf.IPS display......VERY IMPORTANT. I have had other displays that are not IPS and it sucks! the viewing angle was so narrow that you can only view it directly in front, but with the IPS display....I would say good viewing angle is at least 120 degrees from the face the frame.Overall...great product and worth the money

Good basic digital frame
I am using it as a gift for a friend, for whom I will be loading up pictures of the dog whom she rescued and whom now lives with my sister and me. So I didn't test out sound or movie features.It is very easy. You put in your USB stick (up to USB 2.0 and 32GB), click the power button, click "OK" twice, and you're viewing your slide show. No sweat. If you want to get more elaborate you can. I've posted a picture of the ports along the right side of the frame to get you started on elaboration.The display is lovely. I put fairly low res pictures on it as a test, and they still looked great. I also like that all of the remote's features (except mute) are on the item itself (see picture). I honestly don't see the point of a remote with an item you're most likely sitting right next to as you use it, and so to me it's just another thing to get lost. It might be a big deal for others, though, and if my friend does lose the remote, she can still use the frame.You can alter the speed at which the pictures switch, going slow for old duffers like me and fast for the latest generation.My only quibbles (for which I removed a star) are that it comes with no memory stick at all and it can only take up to a 32GB one. You can find ones with sticks, which also go up to higher limits, at this price point on Amazon. I cannot speak to the general quality of those frames, however, and I am going to stick with this one.
