I am so, so, SO excited about these vitamins. After a few days of taking these (one in the morning and one at night), my hair stopped falling out!!! I have tried so many things - organic biotin shampoo and conditioner, Cerafill Defy shampoo system, Davines shampoo system, biotin vitamins, prenatal vitamins, Sugarbear hair vitamins - nothing stopped my hair from falling out. The vitamins just made my hair and nails grow faster. But then I read on some beauty website about the top four or five hair vitamin products and this was one of them. I bought this one bc it had ALL the ingredients they mentioned that were good for hair; the other products only had some of the ingredients. My hair loss had gotten so, so bad. I started keeping my hair up bc if it was down, I'd lose so much and I got sick of constantly going to the garbage can to throw away fallen-out hairs. Now though, I can shampoo, brush, and leave my hair down and I might lose like 4 hairs all day!!! I seriously am so, so, so relieved!! One downside is they smell awful. But someone told me all multivitamins smell bad. And they leave a slightly metallic taste in the back of my mouth (possibly from zinc?). So I've cut back to half a pill morning and night, which has helped with the metallic thing. I cut them in half bc they are huge. That's another downside. I put them in a small spoonful of applesauce to make them go down easier. The drawbacks seem minor though for the result of keeping my hair!

Aging is inevitable. However, the effects from aging & additional stress we put on our bodies doesn't have to be acceptable. Thinning & loss, lack of luster & manageability, and slower growth of our hair caused by the depletion of the body's natural nutrients as we grow older combined with the effects of years of coloring and styling, all take their toll and are a recipe for more "bad hair days" than I care to acknowledge. I can also state that the loss of elasticity & formation of wrinkles to our skin are not a happy thought either. I have tried all sorts of products including the expensive recommendations of my stylist, my friends, etc., and have never been completely satisfied. I have purchased this company's sleep formula and am so happy with the results of that product I decided to give this product a try also. I liked the idea that I could tackle these multiple issues with an all-in-one natural formula instead of crowding my shelves & cabinets with more individual products containing ingredients you'd almost have to be a chemist to understand. While the product states to give it a full 90 days to be fully effective, I can happily say that I have experienced some wonderful results in a little more than 1 month of use & have also noticed that my nails are benefitting from it too. I'm really glad I decided to purchase this product and will definitely be a returning customer.

I tried these vitamins because a different herbal brand I wanted to try wasn't available, but I have to say that I'm really glad I gave this brand a chance.They're working like they're supposed to be working which is great considering I've had a minor hair set back recently. Just looking at my hairline, I can tell there's been a good amount of growth these past few weeks.One major positive change I've noticed was my mood. I think that these vitamins have seriously helped balance out and nourish my body and I really appreciate that. I have had a lot more energy and have felt overall happier. I definitely will be using these vitamins again and hopefully seeing continued results.

This is a very good product. Initially, I bought just one bottle and took some pictures of my thinning hair. After one week my hair stopped falling and after about two weeks I noticed new hair growing, basically all over my scalp. Unfortunately, new hair is not as thick as the old one but the spots that were almost bald are not that bald anymore. That’s progress, in my opinion. Thus, I bought a second bottle and am trying to remain hopeful that the progress will continue.

I bought this product because after lengthy illness loosed up my nutrition, my hair was noticeably thinner. I purchased this hoping to regain healthier hair. I feel it did contribute to the overall health of my hair and I will be buying it again. I was quite pleasantly surprised to see that the biggest difference came in my fingernails! With just one bottle, they were stronger, longer and much healthier and I would continue to take this product for my nails even if it didn't do a thing for my hair. It made that big a difference. Surprise!

It is a good product for hair, I noticed a really good difference, but the pills did taste really bad, meaning it was hard for me to get it down, and the pills are also very large so that made it hard for me to swallow. I had to stop taking it because of that reason. But other then that It does what it says, if your the type of person that can stand big pills, then this is the right product for you!

I was attracted to this product for the wide list of ingredients it contains, including several natural herbs and a good amount of biotin, which can be expensive on its own. I've noticed a marked difference already in my nails and when I went in to get my hair done my stylist was commenting on how shiny my roots were! I bleach my hair so I have been wanting something to help boost my hair's health. I'm happy with the results so far and will reorder. I also think the price is fair compared to the other hair supplements for sale on Amazon.

I was not sure this would really help me until someone made a comment on how much better my nails looked. I had been sick and my nails showed it. My hair has improved holding color longer and looking shinier. I will continue to buy this product. You do have to give it a few weeks to see the results, but have patience- it is worth it.
