They reached back out very quickly and sent over another one within a couple days and it looks perfect!Ordered this as a gift for my 3 year wedding anniversary but unfortunately the engraving is upside down and on the wrong side. I contacted the seller in hopes I can send this one back so they can send one properly engraved. The engraving is pretty and the holder seems durable. Just hoping I can get a corrected one in time before my anniversary comes.

Enjoyed my custom passport holder. Was able to fit my passport but was scared of having to bend it to fit into the pocket. Wish the pockets were better and it’s hard to close, but overall I’m happy

These shipped fast, and the company was easy to work with for getting a replacement sent out when I got the wrong color. I was in no hurry to get it so it was fine. First of all, the products look exactly like the pictures - true to color and expected feel! Also, the shipping was super fast and I had an overall wonderful experience! I bought two sets for my girlsfriends for Christmas and they were absolutely excited!But now the BEST part of my experience: Believe it or not, I wrote the name of my best friend WRONG! That being said, I personalized it the wrong way! It wasn't their fault at all. I contacted the customer service to order the same thing AGAIN and told them about my mistake. They replaced it immediately and shipped it as fast as possible - which made me a customer that will certainly be back!Great company to buy from! Don't even look elsewhere!

The quality was great and they definitely do not look cheap. I got a “Mr. and Mrs” set for a bridal shower gift, and not only was the bride incredibly happy, all the guests wanted to steal the idea for other weddings. The bride even told me they were for sure using them for their honeymoon. Would absolutely purchase again!

Planning to gift this but I did open up the box and checked out the goods. The leather passport case and luggage tag are well made. Color is as shown and the leather seems to be good quality. Looks expensive. I think my recipient will love it.
