Perfume The Best 'P Cubed'

I loved perfume ever since I was in highschool now that I've completed college and have my own funds, I finally got this edition of a HUGE compilation of their music!

Personally I really really really enjoy their real bangers, you know, the ones that are way more techno-dance that they have, you know the ones, like Game and Edge, those kinds, that they also seem to prefer to play at the big concerts with the massive shows with the tricked out displays, so that they can also dance more and give the audience a real show to watch in awe of the lights and graphics that they do.And within these greatest hits CDs there was always going to be their regular pop-type songs that aren’t as banging but ones that they needed to release, in order to stay relevant in the normal charts in Japan, that are much more sing song than techno bangers, and they’re just ok, sound like typical J-Pop types that you hear from every artist in Japan, or on Animes.Personally I’m into their real bangers and they’re in here too.But I still give it 5 Stars because that’s who they are. Just awesome.

I will start by saying I did not get my copy of this on Amazon. At the time the listing here was confusing, misleading and in some cases wrong. Even as I write, the option to see all five editions shows only one. But...This release is a great selection of Perfume's songs over the years. 15 years, to be exact. 52 songs on 3 CDs. Two are new. "Challenger" (disc 1, first track) and Nananananairo (disc 3, last track) All other songs have been remastered by original producer Yasutaka Nakata. Don't know why really. Not sure if there's a big difference but that's the description I've read. Its a great chance to get all of their older, popular songs, if you don't already have them. I think it may even be in chronological order. Not sure but it looks that way. (outside of "Challenger"). Now some specifics.....My first pic is the cover shown here on Amazon. It is 3 CDs. My second pic is cover two. It comes with 3 CDs and either a DVD or Blu-Ray. My third pic is cover three. It comes with 3 CDs, either a DVD or a Blu-Ray AND a photo book. This according to other selling sites. I don't know the size of said photo book. The DVD or Blu-Ray contains concert footage and an interview.Having said all that, my version of the first cover (basic edition) came with a lyric book that fit in the jewel case. About a quarter inch thick with a few pics. Not sure if the photo book is in addition to or instead of, the one I got. It is possible that the CD comes shrink wrapped to a larger style book. I don't know. But there is quite a difference in the price of these five editions and you hope the one shown is the one you're paying for. These range from 35ish to 65 dollars depending on if you count shipping or not.Bottom line: I love it. Great Cd set. Just be aware of which version you are shopping for.****It has come to my attention that while Amazon encourages adding photos to your review, they do not always bother to keep them in the order you intend. My references to first pic, second pic, etc may no longer be accurate. But you can still use the covers to ID your CD.****

I really love the remastered songs and the blu-ray. Half of the blu-ray duration (40-60 minutes) contains recorded conversations of the members where they sometimes sang some lines of the songs, which is a rare opportunity to hear their voice.
