This product was NOT new it was used...obviously not good when you are putting something in your body that may cause infection...there were scratches on the camera and the way it was packaged, there was evidence that this was used...the instructions are left up to interpretation because they are so unclear...if you love jamming things in your ear that will cause great pain, frustration and irritation, for no reason at all...then this product is for you...I read the reviews before purchasing and remember seeing one from a doctor...he gave it a poor review and advised against it...I should have listened...this is a potentially dangerous product that can cause major harm...IF the instructions were clearer and not in broken English with pictures, maybe it would be less dangerous...also, it's extremely difficult to use and the "pick" slides around the camera tube which makes it less effective and impossible to use...buy at your own risk...

This device was undoubtedly developed without any input from medical personnel. The tip is too large for insertion into most auditory canals. Probably better used on animals with wider canals. Back to the R&D section lads to fix this fatal flaw. I am a physician and have had decades of experience with otoscopy. It sounds good but alas, it isn't.

THe item is supposed to work with IOS systems right? WRONG!! I tried on my iPhone & Laptop and nothing. Returned and will not order again. I'll spend the few hundred and go to my ENT Doctor

The product is a little large for the ear and there is a bad lag between the camera and the video on the screen, which is not what you want when moving inside your ear.

This is good product. I bought it because my ear feel very itch for couple days. I really want to take look if there is something in my ear. Bought it. There was nothing in my ear after check. Feel very release. Give it five star.

First unit does not work, will not produce sharp pictures or videos, always out of focus. I overlooked the return date, but Amazon Product Services contacted me and sent me a replacement. Great Amazon Customer Service, however, the replacement does not focus too.

This thing is epic! I got the attachments for both digging out ear wax and for running wires actually. It works perfectly for that in small, confined areas. Super glad I found this!

Works wonderfully. Love that I.can snap pics of ear to send over to doctors and potentially avoid sick doctor offices
