I am not sure who they paid 4 the favorable reviews but this product does NOT keep your hair dry. I purchased this item after a keratin treatment 2 use 4 water aerobics. After the class my hair was soaked. I never submerged my head and there was only minimal splashing. My hair treatment is ruined. I now have 2 celebrate New Years with frizzy hair and schedule another expensive and time comsuming treatment 4 next week. Save your hard earned cash and look elsewhere 4 a product that actually does what it claims it does.

I bought this to protect my flat-ironed hair while swimming. It feels like it should be waterproof. I should have read the description more carefully because my hair got soaked in the first few minutes of swimming. This will most likely only protect from the occasional splash. The lace is very pretty and it is stretchy enough for my large noggin!

When I first got it I was excited the quality is very nice and the material is soft and easy to put on and won't rip your hair. Great coverage too and not too tight. It's a stretchable type of rubber plastic fabric adequately waterproof with a lace headband glued to it. However it didn't look right on me. The Lace goes up very high and it bunched up funny on the top of my head. Maybe on a bigger head it would fill out and not form pleats. Returning it to get a more waterproof swim cap and plan to add my own bandana headband which is basically what this item is. The lace is nice on the young models shown but I found it aged me especially since I don't plan on wearing makeup to the pool.

Swimming caps get a bad reputation, but this one ROCKS! It looks like a skull cap and I got tons of compliments!I have real blonde hair that chlorine is hard on. My beautician told me to wear a swimming cap and this one works! Kept my hair health and made going out to eat after a swim was so much easier too! Who wants to do there hair all over again.

This cap is very comfortable compared to several others I've tried. All the others were way too tight. It doesn't keep your hair completely dry, but neither did any of the others. I have long, very thick hair and I can still get it all tucked inside. I feel a little silly swimming laps in this as everyone else has an athletic style cap, but I wanted comfort over style.

It’s cute, comfortable and keeps hair dry (and free from pool chemicals)!It also seems durable and definitely a great price!

So... Now I can go swimming with out getting my super long hair wet! And it all fits in the bathing cap! Very impressed with this cap.

My hair is on the short side, so I did not need a cap that could accommodate dreadlocks. This one could. Even though I ordered a small size, it was much too big. I no longer use it, and have gone back to my old speedo.
