The product is Oreck so it is FINE in that respect. Shipping is slow as molasses on a cold morning---if you need the part to repair your unit quickly, you need to find it elsewhere!

This was exactly what I needed and this will last us for years. They are perfect for my Oreck and have it humming along beautifully again.
