You wouldn’t know they were different
My eldest daughter works in a nightclub. Her uniform is all black, as well as black trainer shoes. Every weekend her feet were bleeding and sore, her toenails are black from people standing on her. So ... these are perfect for the job. I’ve not given my actual final thoughts yet, as they are for giving to my daughter. However, my first impression is that these shoes just look like trainer shoes which is fabulous. Long gone are the days that safety shoes were huge, heavy and very clunky. The ties are solid on these trainers and they appear well made. I will report back when my 17 year old has given a full work out for them, I just wanted everyone to know that these shoes looked good.** edited to add that these shoes are going good, my daughter’s toe are healing and she loves not having them trampled on and bruised every week at work. **

Don't do it to your feet, your feet, knees and hips will be grateful
The worst work shoes I've ever come across. Do your feet a favour and buy a proper branded work boot / trainer. These will give you no end of problems and last about a week. I've been wearing work boots and trainers for the last 17+years and thought I'd try these. They arrived in a bag not a box and looked like wet shoes for the sea, put them on and used them for a few weeks and bought some branded ones. The sole is floppy and seperates between the layers, the composite toe cap have a mind of its own, if you kneel down and bend your toes be careful you don't cut the tops of your feet. They offer no support (obviously) and when you get them they smell like they've just come off the Chinese mixed plastics factory. So do your feet a favour and spend a bit extra and get something decent that will also pass British standards too

Light and comfortable.
I have only been wearing them for a few weeks, they are very comfortable and light weight, the sole is a little thin, (I bought a 1/2 size bigger than I would normally would) this works well with the insert I put in them, the toes could do with a bumper on the out side as I have already warned through the covering ( I work on old building conversions ). The draw elastics are not very strong and to be practical I don’t think they will last a year, only time will tell.

Strong lightweight shoes with steel caps.
These are comfortable shoes with soft upper fabric and steel toe caps. The Black #6 I purchased have a smart appearance and look good with trousers, without looking like you are wearing trainers.

DANGEROUS - these shoes are a hazard in themselves
I barely wore these shoes, but thought I'd give them a go in the heat as they are so light. However, the top of the shoe is far too flexible, like a ballet slipper, and the sole of the shoe is also far too flexible, giving no support and bending with just the effot of one finger.Sadly for me, I tripped and fell down a low wall, only a couple of feet. The bendy sole and upper, combined with the rigid steel toe, meant that my foot couldn't bend at the toe like it naturally would, and there was no support in the shoe itself, so my foot snapped in half, breaking six bones across the middle. I'm now in a cast and on crutches for 8 weeks because these shoes are not fit for purpose and are in fact a serious hazard to your health. If you have some, I'd advise returning them or throwing them away.

Fell apart after 4 months
These shoes were nice at the start apart from the plastic tip of the lace coming off when I first tied them and they were so tight I ended up taking the laces off. They're not anti slip at all and are quite dangerous on slippery surfaces. I work in a factory and stand in the same place for the majority of my shift and after 4 months both shoes disintegrated at the heel and became very painful to wear

Top quality
Really pleased with these. Bought them for work (retail/warehouse). Normal trainers or shoes were only lasting me a month 6 weeks tops due to long time spent walking. Shoes for long periods of time was also damaging my feet, these are super comfortable and breathable. Even after a 9 hour shift my feet are fine and on the mend. I have been wearing them now for 5 weeks and they are as new as day 1.Will Definitely be buying another pair when these have their day.

Best safety shoes ever!
Very comfortable and lightweight shoes! I was alway wearing trainers to work because I stand up all day in hard flooring. New measures were introduced at my workplace making it compulsory to wear safety shoes. I brought these as they looked perfect and they didn’t fail to impress. I wear them everyday and they are just as comfy as a normal pair of trainers. The front is obviously a bit heavier than my trainers but after a few days I don’t notice it anymore. These are perfect and I highly recommend them. Since I purchased these 2 other people in my workplace have brought a pair each. Bug hit!I’m a size 9 shoe in everyday life and these a slightly bigger but not overly too big. Not an issue though.
