This product is amazing, as its winter im naturally more hungry for carbs but this product is thick and creamy and fills me up till my next meal and trust me it has tamed my appetite.I tried it with water aswellnas milk and cant believe there was very little difference the flavour is just like melted vanilla ice cream it's amazing.
