Cute Nutrition Meal Replacement Shakes for Weight Loss Control & Energy - Coffee Frappe with Shaker

I wanted to wait until I'd had the opportunity to try this for a whole before writing a review. I use this with water, and it stays under my desk at work. 1 - the taste? I was worried that by using water with it, it would taste horribly watery. Not so, each flavour I've tried has a really nice flavour and thick texture. Be aware that it is a powder product, and some flavours (white chocolate raspberry) are a bit grittier than others.2 - how filling is it? I was fully prepared to be feeling really hungry, and wanting to reach for the snack bowl. Not once have I felt so hungry that I had to give in. I've been peckish occasionally, but I've bee n able to stave off until a proper mealtime.4. How practical is it? I eat at random times of the day as I work in retail and can only grab a half hour break somewhere - I can have this under my counter and just swig from it occasionally, and it keeps me going right up until I can get my full meal when I get home.5. The big one - does it work? Absolutely. I have already lost half a stone, and I have been doing this for just under a month. I'm not worried about gaining wait when I stop, either, because it's training me to eat less. Even when eating my main meals, I can tell I'm not as hungry.Brilliant product, great flavour, and It WORKS!

So I was very dubious about the purchase to begin with however I took the plunge and I’m so glad I did.I have one shake a day and have lost 7lbs in just under two weeks and I feel great for it. The shake is really delicious and isn’t too sweet, they recommend 3 heaped scoops however I find 2 is more to my taste. I will definitely be ordering again!

I got the coffee frappé flavour as I didn’t want something that was overly sweet. The flavour is good, tastes almost caramel ish, but not super sweet which is great for me. I’ve been mixing mine with water, which has been working well, no lumps or grainy bits with minimal shaking really. You can tell you are drinking a powder mixed with liquid but it’s not unpleasant or overly noticeable. I’ve been having 1 shake per day as breakfast and have been finding it keeps me feeling satisfied for 3-4 hours. The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’ve only been using it for 4-5 days, so need time to see if I actually aids weight loss. I’ll adjust this review accordingly when after a while.

I’ve brought cute nutrition for a few months now and tried several flavours and strawberry cheesecake I’d buy again, but I do prefer the strawberry one if I had to choose between the two. Chocolate mint and cookies and cream are very tasty too.I have noticed many people moaning about the shakers and saying the writing comes off, However that’s due to them not washing it correctly. You have to wash the shaker with warm water soapy water and ideally straight after use, and also after cleaning give it a rinse over with cold water too. All my shakers are as good as when I purchased them and have no funny smell as some often report, and nor has mine lost the writing/ image. I definitely recommend this bundle and would buy another.The shakes are very filling and I feel like my stomach has shrunk. I can’t compare to other weight loss shakes as I’ve never tried the others on the market, however I’m happy so far with this and will stick with it for awhile and hope to see some more good results.

Too expensive for what it is. Looks bigger on the picture. For me definitely too sweet. I was so looking forward to this buy but am little disappointed to be honest. Had to dig out the scoop with spoon as it's hidden somewhere inside. It's sais meal replacement but after drinking it I don't feel full but more thirsty as it's very sweet .The bottle is nice tho. Cute design but plastic which as we know more than before its no good for us. ..

I make mine with water and it tastes okay, if made with milk I imagine it would taste more like the drink. I think it's a little too sweet, but I usually take my coffee unsweetened. Can tell that it's a mix of powder and liquid, but no lumps. Comes with a scoop, which was buried at the bottom of the jar.It's more filling than a regular drink for sure, but I do find myself looking forward to the next meal...
