Flexible program easily tailored to my schedule and goals.
I purchased this book because I was going to be traveling a lot this summer and wanted to work on strength training but would not always have access to weights. I’m about half way through the 12 week program and I am definitely stronger than when I started. I really like the checklist format of the daily exercises. Initially, I felt that the program was too easy so I increased the time spent on each exercise and added a few more each day. Now that I am half way through, the intensity has increased and I’m finding the daily exercises more challenging. I really like the fact that the program can be tailored to my individual goals.

It works!
I was skeptical that a 10-15 minute workout each day could be effective, but after just 2 weeks I was amazed at the progress. This book is easy to follow, with great outlines for each exercise. Best of all, these exercises can be done anywhere! For someone like me who travels, needs a time efficient workout, and benefits from a guide to keep me on task every step of the way, this book has been perfect. I am doing the Weekend Warrior program and plan to repeat with Fit Pro for another 120 days.

No excuses to get in better shape!
This is the ultimate no-excuses workout book, it guides you through every day of your new workout regimen and cuts down all the reasons you can find not to do it.Don't have time to workout? All workouts are 15 minutes or less. Can't afford a gym/don't have special equipment? You don't need it, all exercises use only your own body weight and gravity. Exercises too hard/too easy to get started? Don't worry - there are three levels of intensity, and periodic fitness tests keep you on the right level. Get burnt out working out too much? Disappointing lack of muscle illustrations with labels.
Like the method but very disappointed that there are absolutely No illustrations of the body musculoskeletal system to identify all the muscle names and bones used in the book. How is this possible! Big under sight, as a result I would not recommend this book for a novice or anyone wanting to understand the muscles locations and become familiar with the names. Can’t get this for my young adult as I had hoped.

Wow was definitely a winner. Purchased for my son who is 27 and he loved this book. He actually looks great from using the book and is thrilled with the result

and liked what I saw
Did some research on "Bodyweight" training ... and came across several titles. I selected this title for purchase. I looked through the Table of Contents, and liked what I saw ... so I bought a copy through Amazon. Haven't read the whole thing yet ... but so far, I like what I've read. Instead of photos, they use drawings of people doing the exercises ... and the drawings are clear and concise. Recommended.

Exactly what it says it is.
It's very simple but that's good. It has a little personal advice beyond just physical training and its worth it. Its a good place to start the exercises are effective and mainly free of weights which I love.

erinnert eher ans Schulturnen
Trainieren eher nein - sicherlich wenn man zu Personengruppe egal was gehört, ja dann...Back and Bicep Componente fehlt komplett - kein ziehen, keine Klimmzüge, keine Rows nix davon - und auch die Pushs sind eher mangelhaft mit nur 3 Varianten...Stattdessen werden irgendwelche dreh dich Planche Varianten gezeigt - NIX für STRENGTH!Und wer jetzt noch nicht am Boden liegt und lachend austapped - dem möchte ich ans Herz legen: Leute wenn ihr Trainingsbücher herstellt, dann macht doch die dafür notwendigen aufnahmen wo IHR die Übungen vorzeigt und hört auf mit den Gopnik Style Strichmännchen, welche ein 11 jähriger gekritzelt haben könnte.Kaufempfehlung wer sich gerne ans Schulturnen erinnert - ja so sah das aus...

A balanced common sense approach
I now feel hopeful. Instead of a rigid, inflexible one size fits all program, the author outlines how to get fit and healthy and, most importantly, he trusts us to do it to our own best benefit. I will certainly recommend this book to others.
