Cute NOT worth $19.99
BEWARE- I purchased off the one review. Hat is just a normal $1.00 or perhaps $5.00. The silver that shows is literally a piece of fabric wrapped around and then glued at the very end where the two piece of fabric meet. I thought the hat would be much nicer than it is.The hat is worth $5.00 or 10.00 NOT $19.99.I gave it a three because it does light up, which makes it better and it does fit an adult head.
