Hot Newest Ipad 2/3/4 Case Shockproof Rugged Hybrid Armor Series Dual Layer Protection Case with KickStand and Built-in Screen Protector for Apple Ipad 2/3/4 (Red)

I'll start with the pros...Fits the iPad 2 like a glove, very rugged and probably could take a great deal of shock or a good drop. Bought this to put on our kids' iPad and it has weathered some abuse and came out strong. I have taken it apart once to clean it and check the iPad inside, and the iPad looks like the day we bought it. It completely encases your tablet save for the camera holes, charging/data port, headphone jack, speaker and mic holes and a hole to reach the volume lock switch. It has a nice kickstand (which only works in landscape orientation, not portrait). The buttons all function pretty well. I will also say that despite the screen protector not being a cling or attached to the screen by adhesive, the touch screen is still quite responsive.Now for the cons...First of all, ours didn't come with instructions on how to put it on... It's not brain surgery, but it does take some light engineering skills making sure you get the tabs in the right places (one of which broke when taking it apart to clean it) and the silicone wrap pushed in everywhere it needs to be. Also, without the instructions, it made remembering how I put it together tricky, couldn't remember how to deconstruct it and fumbled with it for a while during the aforementioned cleaning. The headphone jack, which is located on the top edge of the iPad, is situated at one of the thickest parts of the case, and some of those 90 degree type headphone connectors might not work perfectly, although we don't use headphones with it much, so I can't say for sure. Not impressed with the screen protector either (it's a thick plastic film and is NOT affixed to the screen itself, but rather is part of the case) and lacks the clarity of a glass or cling type screen protector. I'm considering cutting out their plastic screen protector and getting some tech glass for it. Lastly, we bought the "red" version of this, which is kind of red but in certain light almost looks more of a magenta in my opinion.All in all, I would definitely purchase this again. You get an extreme level of protection for an expensive iPad at a great price and the good far outweighs the bad.Tip for those who already own one of these and need to take it apart to clean it. On the screen side of the iPad, gently pry the red silicone away from the black plastic so you can lift up and unseat the little tabs (4 in all) that are near the corners on the longer sides of the screen. Once you have all 4 tabs out, you should be able to unclip the black plastic screen protector from it (at the middle of all 4 sides), remove it and the rest should be fairly self explanatory.

My son loves this. Originally we had the magnetic cover that "rolls" back. That was great for making sure the ipad was off when not in use, but this cover #1 was inexpensive #2 offers great protection from bumps/dings/dropping #3 has a "built-in" screen protector (non-stick and no bubbles) #4 has a little kick stand, which my son loves for watching and creating videos and #5 all the button and holes line up perfect so everything (camera, charger, reset button, on/off button) is easily accessible... The only issue we've found is that the base of the kick stand has a little plastic cover (made the same color as the case) that keeps coming off. A little super glue does the trick.

I think it's okay. The only issue is that the audio jack on the top is too steep. Any headphones that don't have the right-size would not reach the hole. If your cord, however, is long, thing and not shaped like an L or is too wide, you won't have a problem with the sound.

It's a good durable case. The back kick stand thing won't stay in though...I have just taped it closed so we never use it. I really like the feel of the silicone backing and the hard case helps with my toddler handling it.Good red color.

No instructions whatsoever came with it, so I had to experiment to figure out just how it worked. Got it backwards the first time and could not control the screens. When I reversed it, it worked fine.

Overall i liked it, better than what i expected. The only problem is the screen protector it is loose and sometimes you need to type somewhat agressive.

The klickstand broke off pretty easily. Pretty durable case though. Saved the iPad from breaking after a couple of big drops.

This is much better than the otter box we have that I only used twice and hated. No instructions so the front panel , which is the screen. It comes off and is a little difficult at first but after it snaps just put the side tabs under the rubber.
