Love the taste of this, makes a great alternative to coffee as it's caffeine free. It tastes very much like coffee but a more milder taste, I use three teaspoons in a very large mug (and that is a pint size mug!) Two teaspoons would probably be enough for a normal size mug depending on how strong a taste you like.

I love that coffee. It's not only safe but also good for you any time of the day. No need to worry about having too many a day like with traditional coffee. I usually do two full tea spoons a mug.
